Counselling

The counselling service for international students is addressed - not only, but especially - to students from Africa, Asia and Latin America who do not receive scholarships or BAFÖG in Germany. It includes advice on questions concerning immigration law, organization of studies and problems with everyday life in a foreign country. Assistance in financial emergencies can also be taught, especially if important exams are pending.

Important notice:

Consultation hours are during the lecture period on Thursdays from 10 am to 2 pm in the ESG Bonn.

During the semester break consultation takes places in ESG Köln.

In addition we offer day and weekend seminars under the label "STUBE" ("study program for students from Asia, Africa and Latin America") with themes of development cooperation or social policy.

STUBE Regional Committee (SRK) Bonn

The SRK is a committee consisting of STUBE-Students from Bonn and surroundings. We meet twice in a semester to review and to invent new topics for the STUBE-seminars together.
